But after that, A website definitely needs information on specifc cities and even the city's neighborhoods and communities, if that agent wants to look as though he/she is the expert in that particular area(s). Basic buyer and seller information is also a must, as most do not have the experience that us in the industry do and need guidence. If you provide a great website and spark trust between you and the individuals searching your site, you will be getting phone calls and leads :) I should probably email a few agents in the office with sites purely about them with no content about house searches or their real areas of surfice lol.
