Thanks for sharing all these. These are all helpful tools for marketing and selling our real estate properties. We should always find ways to be able to succeed. I know of a real estate coach who could also help many in the real estate industry make money despite the current crisis.
Great list! I have never even heard of some of these. I will certainly be checking it out.
Thanks for swing by Brad. I’m sure many many agents will think the #3 Trulia & Zillow should be removed all together.
Real Estate Social networking website that was awesome. I only knew Facebook,Thanks for sharing. I will wait for your second post for the next list.
Yeah, I don’t like Trulia and Zillow on the list but they can bring traffic to agents’ websites. This is a good list – there are a few I’ve heard of but haven’t spent time on – good reminder to make sure you have many places that consumers can find your information.
Thanks for the list of sites but you forgot a big key player in the real estate industry at viewmylising.com and/or progoldi2.com And I have to agree that trulia and zillow should be removed. Anyone have any thoughts about twitter? Just signed up and clueless.
Carolyn, I don’t care much for Turlia or Zillo either, however they do bring traffic and a Very Nice Authority profile backlink
So without question, time well spent at the very least adding your profile.
Facebook is my favorite for social networking. This is interesting not to see Twitter on the list. However I believe Twitter is less valuable than Facebook.
Where are some good sites to start back linking for your website that allow do follows? These are great but I need more. Thanks
@ Jennifer, there are many good sites to work with. We have a good list that we automatically submit to when we start a new site. Here are a few social media sites that I can think of..
activerain, realtown, realestatewebmasters, biggerpockets, realtychat, brokeragent social, realseakr and about 1000 more
I agree that the ones mentioned here are the best sites related to real estate but not sure if trulia is a social media site ?
I thought Zillow was a site for home values and not a social networking site.
