Craig Proctor – Real Estate Coaching
I’m sure many real estate agents around North America have heard of Craig Proctor. He’s famous for his USPs ( unique selling propositions ) and Branded/Unbranded websites and 800 call capture systems.
I’m certain that when he first launched his Quantum Leap System program, it had to have a significant impact on most Realtors careers. However, it seems the Craig has not updated his system in years. Much of what worked 8 or even 2 years ago does not work in todays fasted paced real estate market.
For instance, his success websites in my opinion are a hugh joke (yes I had one and yes it got me leads). While the site obtains leads, most of the leads are pretty much worthless. You have to sort through 100s of leads just to find one decent prospect, to much work for me
. There is a much better way to obtain on-line business than to give out foreclosure lists to every wanna be investor out there.
Your real estate site should have the latest MLS Search capabilities, as well as the latest market information, become your local markets real estate authority. You won’t need to trick prospects into leaving a trail, as a matter a fact, they’ll seek out your services!

I agree. Proctor is old school. Most agents that use his systems make a lot of money and spend even more. It’s an ego marketing system!

Every true Lance! Its amazing how much money he continues to make off that old system.

All very very true. I am doing that with my site, and even though I don’t get thousands of visitors per week, I do get anyplace from 10 to 30 leads a week, and so far a large enough percentage have been closing within 6 months that it is working out well.
Keep up the great real estate articles, and yes Craig Proctor is old school in my opinion.

Here is my most recent experience (last week) with Craig Proctor. I went to a Craig Proctor half day seminar. I signed up for his Quantum Leap Seminar and said to the seminar leader, “Do not process this because a) I wasn’t certain if I could make the date (I had to sign up at the seminar to get the package price) and b) I wasn’t sure if there was enough money in the account” (it was a debit card). He said no problem just call the office at the beginning of next week. I called (yesterday) on Monday (which was a holiday for them) I left a voice message and sent an email for backup to show I called to cancell before it was processed. I checked my bank account and it had not been processed.
This morning I got call from the seminar leader saying he got my message but it had already been processed and there were no refunds. I checked with my bank and C.P. had processed it about an hour before the seminar leader sent me the message. Right away this experience makes me question his integrity. Any suggestions on the actions I can take besides warning others?

Gosh Len, sorry to hear that. Not sure what you can do, besides talk to your bank.
I know its very exciting when your at the seminar, lots of hype and you feel compelled to sign up. Even if you have to proceed with the purchase make the best out of it and obtain as much knowledge as possible.

I have always loved Craig’s concepts and have integrated some bits and pieces I have picked up but have never taken one of his seminars. Aleays mean to but never do. If you think he is old school, what improvements or changes do you think are better
