Free content? That is really generous. When that promotion ends, I have found that there are many ways to find online content for pretty cheap. Elance is a great one because people bid on your project, so you get to choose the person who is most qualified, or who gave the cheapest bid, and you can pay for batches or per hour, or really however you want. Craigslist is also a great place to find content writers for a great price.
Great marketing idea. Provides content for some of the websites which really need it, and gets a backlink for the author of the content.
