It's a great feature that potential buyers love. The streetview feature is one of my favorites. Mike in response to your comment about listing agents getting the leads. How often do you actually sell the house the personal calls you about off of the internet. Unless I sell one of my listings I represent the majority of my clients through buyer agency. I know i'm in the minority but I thoroughly explain to a buyer on a house that I have listed that they could get representation from a buyers agent.
