What's even worse is enquiring about properties that you are really interested in and no one ever replies back! Would love to have the amount of business these companies are getting if they don't even have to reply back to enquiries if they don't want to! Also with all the property portals that are popping up all over the place now, they do not want the estate agents to have contact numbers, e-mail adresses or websites in the adverts so they do not navigate away from their portal and so you know that the e-mailed enquiry came directly from their site, but not useful for us or the potential customer.
