What is a Great Link Bait? I’m guessing what your’re referring to is a situation where you do something to suddenly generate dozens of links naturally? For example, you create a funny video that gets referenced by some media outlet like NBC’s Today Show and lots of people link to you overnight…I agree, you’d think situations like this probably occur fairly often and the search engines are unlikely to penalize people.

I don’t think that’s the case. If you do a Great Link Bait you could potentially receive 1000s of links in only one day

I had someone tell me once that too much link building in a day will look spammish. Is that true? If all of the links are related to the industry, why would they consider this spam? I agree that it can’t be to adult / dating sites for sure.

Link building with the proper links can be very helpful, but don’t forget that quality content is still the most important faqctor in generating interest in your site.

You are correct that link building is absolutely the number one priority to enhance your real estate rankings.

Better still if the links are from on topic sites related to your niche. e.g. real estate and home loans etc
