As the title states, RealtyRankings is in final negotiations with a close friend. I cannot go into detail regarding financial numbers as they are to embarrassing (LOL). I’m hoping at the very least to be able to take the family out for one dinner 
I never really knew what I wanted to do with the domain, build a directory, free WP website provider, free content provider and I still don’t really know, so I decided to dispose of the site.
From time to time I’ll guest post about our local market ( backlinks you know ). Come to think of it, market news never really got implemented. All the content will remain and the blog will still be updated with great real estate related content, so nothing will change. If anything the site will improve in content and design.
Saying all that, I may wake up tomorrow and decide just to keep the site! I did have a great plan for a directory, however it’s just way to time consuming.
can I say I am shocked to say the least about a possible change of ownership. Anyways, I some how have become a huge fan of Realty Rankings over the last year. Caleb has officially taken over the site today and I’m 100% certain he’ll do a fabulous job as Admin. He’s got some big plans for the site and I’m excited to see what will happen with my little ole baby.
He’s built a few sites for me and he’ll be using a similar design for RealtyRankings. So be on the lookout for a new design, widgets, social media profiles and free SEO tools.
