So the questions becomes, should you focus on obtaining a few really good links with your city real estate anchor text, or focus on volume.

Many SEO Pros believe in quality over quantity, however there is something to be said for volume when it comes to anchor text. I see many real estate websites ranking very well that have tons of low quality links, then again it all comes down to how competitive the keywords are.

If your launching a new site include multiple tactics, get both quality and quantity. Try not to depend on a single strategy for success, your better of knowing that if one link fails you have others in place to help you along.
